Julie is also certified in the Schroth Scoliosis Rehabilitation Method for the conservative management of scoliosis, kyphosis and other spinal deformities. With this method specific exercises are provided based on the curve patterns and severity, as well as the patient’s function and mobility. The goal is to create an awareness of the new posture and alignment through position, repetitions, breathing and strengthening.

After living her entire life on the east coast, she relocated with her family to the Bay Area in 2013.  She enjoys traveling, cooking, and loves spending time with her husband, 2 kids and dog exploring the Bay Area.
