Experience Effective Physical Therapy

Conrad Young was born in New Zealand and graduated from Auckland University of Technology. He is certified and specializes in Active Release Techniques. He enjoys using his advanced skills and knowledge with an emphasis on rehabilitating people who want to maximize their return to an active lifestyle.  

 Conrad is trained in Norwegian Physical Therapy Techniques, is certified from the Folsom Long-term Orthopedic Manual Therapy Course and Ola Grimsby Institute Advanced Masters Program.  He has taken extensive coursework in McKenzie Spinal Assessment & Treatment, Norwegian Manual Therapy, and the Mulligan Manual Therapy courses.  Additionally, he has lectured in the Kaiser Advanced Orthopedic Residency and was a faculty member of the Auckland University of Technology.

In his free time, Conrad trains and competes in triathlons (short course to Ironman distances) and running events.  He is a member of the Silicon Valley Triathlon Club, Mountain View Aquatic Club, and is currently acting Vice President of the Palo Alto Running Club. 

 Conrad is involved as a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach. He is an active Apiculturist, loves scuba diving, is a foodie, volunteers with multiple sporting/community events, and participates in local community activities.
