Sherry received her B.S. in Kinesiology at UCLA and her Certificate of Physical Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. Her continuing education has included current concepts in orthopedics, myofascial strategies, orthopedic management of the upper extremities, and advances in electrical stimulation. She has also studied the team approach to comprehensive care of orthopedically disabled patients, and the Bobath techniques for the stroke patient. She utilizes PNF, basic mobilization and has developed advanced evaluation of extremity dysfunction.
Sherry has been at PT Works since 1998.
Her specialties include a variety of clinical experience, including acute care, neuro rehabilitation, skilled nursing, spinal cord, and out patient orthopedic care.
Sherry was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is married and has three grown children. She is an avid skier, swimmer, scuba diver, and hiker. Sherry also has a passion for traveling.
